FAQ

How does paying with stablecoins work?

At checkout you pick a network (for example BNB Smart Chain or Base) and a token (USDT or USDC). We create a payment request for exactly your order total — 1 USD = 1 USDC = 1 USDT, with no exchange-rate conversion. You then send the exact amount from your wallet or exchange to the payment address shown, before the payment window closes.

Which checkout methods can I choose from?

Three options, all selectable on your order page:

  • Hosted checkout — a secure payment page opened in a new tab, with a QR code and copyable address.
  • Payment widget — the same payment flow embedded in this store, in the size you prefer.
  • On-page checkout — we render the address, QR code and live status right on your order page.

What happens if my payment is late, underpaid, overpaid or expired?

  • Underpaid: you can send the remaining amount to the same address while the payment window is still open.
  • Overpaid: your order completes normally; the extra amount is handled according to the payment provider's refund rules.
  • Expired: the payment window closed before payment arrived. Start a new payment from the order page — do not send funds to the old address. Late transfers are not credited by the payment provider.
  • Late payment: if you already sent funds after expiry, contact us with your order number and transaction hash so we can review it with the payment provider.

How do I redeem my key?

Once your payment confirms, your keys appear on the order page together with the product's redeem instructions — usually a website where you paste the key. Each unit you buy gets its own key.

How do I find my orders again?

We do not send emails. Save your order number and order link after checkout, or use Find my order with the email you entered at checkout to see all of your orders for 30 minutes.
