Refund Policy

Keys are delivered digitally and are visible on your order page immediately after payment confirmation. Because delivered keys cannot be "returned", completed orders are generally not refundable.

Refunds are only possible where the payment gateway makes them available — for example certain overpayments or payment exceptions, on networks that support refunds, and within the gateway's refund window. Gateway limitations (for example payments sent from centralized exchanges) apply.

If you paid late, paid the wrong amount, or never received your keys, contact us with your order number and transaction hash. We review every case with the payment provider's records.
